Sitar Master Performing in Chișinău Garden Twilight

Heavy overcast skies press low above a theater stage in Chișinău, casting a muted gray tone over the early autumn garden. A sitar master stands in sharp silhouette against the warm glow of overhead string lights, his posture rigid with ceremonial focus. The wooden instrument stretches across his body, its long neck and gourd resonator clearly defined by the backlight. Faint outlines of autumn leaves in yellow and brown scatter the ground beneath the stage, while the dark fabric of his clothing blends into the shadows. The string lights create a soft, rhythmic halo around the figure, showing the curve of the sitar's tuning pegs and the tension of the wires. A final shadow stretches long across the wooden planks, anchoring the musician to the earth.
