A rusted padlock secures the chain of a weathered iron gate at the edge of a misty dawn in Perth. The heavy metal shackle is coated in a fine layer of moisture, against the peeling grey paint of the gate post. Soft, diffused light falls through the fog, highlighting the texture of the oxidized metal and the damp concrete beneath. One droplet rests on the bottom of the lock, reflecting the pale, grey sky above.
