Warm golden light streams across a row of pleated dresses hanging beside a mirror lined with round makeup bulbs. The low-angle sun from a window outside highlights the crisp folds of silk and fabric, casting deep shadows between each pleat. Cooler white light from the bulbs falls across the garments, creating a contrast against the orange sunset beams. Moisture from the monsoon season coats the glass surface, blurring the reflections of the hanging fabric slightly. Condensation gathers along the metal frame of the mirror, marking the damp air inside the backstage room. The texture of the material shifts from matte to sheen where the light hits directly.
