Warm, fading sunlight spills across a weathered stone rooftop near Afyonkarahisar, illuminating the dust of the dry season. A fisherman stands in profile, holding a small lantern that casts a sharp, golden glow against the left side of his face while the right half sinks into deep shadow. Heat haze shimmers above the uneven tiles, distorting the distant horizon where the sun dips below the skyline. His rough skin texture catches the lantern's fire, highlighting deep lines and the brim of a worn cap. The background melts into a soft, out-of-focus blur of twilight blues and fading earth tones. one drop of sweat rests on the edge of his lower lip, catching the light.
