Dramatic clouds drift across the celestial expanse, their undersides catching faint illumination. The lake surface remains glassy, showing the sharp points of distant stars and the soft glow of the moon. Early summer air leaves the shoreline vegetation sparse and hardy against the cold. A small fire burns near the water's edge, casting a warm orange glow that reflects on the dark ripples, creating a stark contrast against the cool blue tones of the night sky and the shadowed stone walls rising steeply above.
