Thick morning haze blankets the expansive plaza of a restored train terminal near Kumasi, softening the sharp edges of the surrounding architecture. The early light falls through heavy overcast skies, casting a uniform, diffused glow across the wet stone floor. Symmetrical rows of tall, arched columns frame the empty space, their weathered surfaces reflecting the muted gray and beige tones of the dry season. Perspective lines converge precisely toward the center, guiding the eye down the long, quiet corridor where no travelers are present. Dust settles on the low stone ledges, while the distant archway dissolves into the white fog. One shadow stretches from a pillar base, anchoring the vast emptiness.
