Misty Aerial View of Mayari Freeway at Dawn
Soft, diffused gray light from the nautical dawn blankets a sprawling freeway interchange suspended above terraced hillsides near Mayarí. Thick, white fog rests on the valleys between green slopes, partially obscuring the dense vegetation below. The concrete roadways form a complex web of gray ribbons, their surfaces slick with rain from the wet season. Tiny specks of red and white represent vehicles moving along the curved ramps, appearing almost static against the vastness of the landscape. Patches of dark green foliage peek through the mist, against the pale, damp asphalt. The perspective looks directly down, showing the geometric precision of the overpasses against the organic, rolling terrain.
