Lantern Glow in Foggy Lubumbashi Hall

Orange firelight spills from a single suspended lantern, cutting through thick, cool fog that blankets the high ceiling of a ceremonial hall in Lubumbashi. The warm glow illuminates floating dust particles and damp air, against the deep indigo shadows of the night beyond the open eaves. Wide panoramic views reveal the vast, empty stone floor and the heavy, dark clouds gathering outside, visible through the architectural arches. The lantern's flame flickers gently, casting long, wavering shadows against the rough, weathered walls. Cool season air seems to settle in the corners, visible as a faint haze clinging to the floor. one drop of condensation forms on the rim of the metal lantern, catching the firelight.
