Kelp Forest Cathedral Silhouetted Against Noon Light

Deep blue water fills the frame where towering kelp stalks rise like stone pillars in a submerged cathedral. Sunlight pierces the surface from directly above, casting vertical beams that illuminate floating particles while leaving the kelp blades in sharp silhouette. The water remains exceptionally clear, revealing the texture of the forest floor and the gentle sway of fronds. Along the edges, patches of green seagrass line a narrow channel leading toward the distant coast. Flat midday glare creates a high-contrast scene where the dark organic shapes stand against the bright, shimmering water column. One ray of light catches the edge of a kelp blade, highlighting its translucent membrane against the deep azure backdrop.
