Jellyfish Bell Edge Kelp Forest Nautical Dawn

Soft amber light from the horizon haze penetrates the water column, illuminating the translucent margin of a jellyfish bell in extreme close-up. The gelatinous edge sits in the foreground, its thin membrane catching the low sun while a forest of kelp fronds rises vertically behind it. Brown-green blades hang from the surface, their textures sharp against the milky plankton haze that softens the distant background. Tiny air bubbles rest on the kelp surfaces, reflecting the pale gold glow. The water remains still, holding the subject in place as the turn of seasons shifts the light angle across the scene. A faint shadow falls across the lower left corner of the frame.
