Kaohsiung Rusted Iron Hoe

A rusted iron hoe leans against the weathered concrete wall of a small urban garden in Kaohsiung under flat noon light. The wooden handle shows signs of frequent use with faded varnish and worn grips from daily labor. Beside the tool, a patch of dark soil is visible where recent planting has disturbed the earth. One green leaf from a nearby vegetable plant rests against the metal blade.
