Rusty Garden Shears in Hong Kong

A pair of rusted iron garden shears rests on a weathered concrete ledge in a narrow alleyway behind a residential block in Hong Kong. The morning light strikes the curved blades, revealing patches of orange oxidation against the dull grey metal and the chipped green paint on the handles. A small potted fern sits nearby, its fronds casting soft shadows on the rough stone surface beside the tool. One drop of condensation rests on the edge of the lower blade, catching the early sun.
