Graffiti Pier Above Mali Dam Spillway at Dusk

Peeling poster shreds and vibrant graffiti cover the concrete surface of a flyover pier suspended above a massive dam spillway in Mali. As the cool season settles, dramatic clouds stack overhead while the city lights below begin to glow in warm amber patches. The pier stretches across the frame, its weathered texture marked by layers of damp paper and spray paint. Signal lamps flicker to life along the railing, casting small points of orange light against the cooling blue-gray sky. The structure dominates the view, connecting the arid landscape with the urban sprawl. At the edge, a tattered red poster hangs loose, fluttering slightly against the gray concrete.
