Frozen Lightning Over Steel Wool Sparks

Cold moonlight washes the wet stone base of a monumental staircase rising from the Sahara sand, now slick with monsoon rain. A spinning mass of steel wool emits a tight burst of golden sparks that hang suspended in the humid air. Above, a single bolt of lightning freezes mid-strike, its jagged branches illuminating the dark sky with a stark white glow. Puddles on the ground mirror the staircase and the electrical storm, creating a perfect vertical symmetry. The wet sand reflects the cold blue of the sky, while the sparks provide a sharp, warm contrast against the deep shadows. A wet stone step catches the reflection of the lightning bolt, splitting the light into fractured shards on the damp surface.
