Dozens of croquis sketches and textile swatch chains hang in overlapping layers against the cool concrete. Hairspray haze softens the harsh overhead glow, creating a milky diffusion around the colorful fabric samples. The sketches show detailed garment lines, while metal chains dangle loosely from pushpins. Cool season air leaves the surfaces dry and crisp. The light reflects off the glossy paper edges, casting sharp, geometric shadows that slice across the textured wall. A loose thread hangs from the bottom of the lowest swatch.
