Euphorbia Candelabra Against Blue Sky in NC Forest

Soft morning light falls through wet fern fronds lining the forest floor, illuminating the upright, segmented stems of a euphorbia candelabra tree. The plant's thick, pale green branches rise vertically against a deep, clear blue sky, their smooth surfaces glistening with residual rain droplets. Fine sea spray hangs in the air, catching the light as a faint haze around the lower foliage. The ferns display vibrant emerald hues, their delicate leaves against the rigid, architectural form of the succulent. Moisture beads on the bark, highlighting the plant's natural texture. One water droplet slides down the curved edge of the lowest branch, settling into the damp moss below.
