Copper Beech Leaves Under Sunset Near Nasiriyah

Copper leaves carpet the forest floor in a dense, textured layer that stretches across the frame. Low-angle orange light from the setting sun slants through the canopy, illuminating individual beech trunks and casting long, sharp shadows across the ground. The sky above holds low-hanging clouds that diffuse the fading light, creating a soft, expansive glow over the landscape. Stillness rests on the ground where the copper foliage fades into the dimming orange haze. In the distance, the horizon line meets the tree line. One beech branch rests against the trunk, its leaves mirroring the copper tones of the forest floor.
