The monsoon air hangs heavy, evidenced by the wet sheen on the pavement reflecting the small orange points of light. Rim light outlines the silhouettes of the participants, separating their dark forms from the surrounding gloom. Long shadows stretch across the wet ground, guided by the straight white lines of the pedestrian crossing.
