Turquoise water churns gently around a dark circular depression in the ocean floor near the Colaba coast. Sunlight pierces the surface, illuminating suspended particles that glitter like scattered diamond dust within the blue column. Thick kelp fronds fringe the shelf edges, their green stalks swaying in the current against the stark contrast of the deep blue void. The water clarity reveals the texture of the seabed beneath, where shadows deepen into the hole's center. A low angle view shows the sharp boundary between the bright surface and the submerged depths. Tiny bubbles rest on the kelp tips, catching the light before dissolving back into the current.
