Bee Leg Pollen Dust in Hamburg Morning Shadow

Bright yellow pollen grains coat the fuzzy segments of a bee leg resting against a wet flower petal. Deep shadows fill the background while a sharp rim of early morning light traces the insect's outline. Tiny water droplets rest on the petal surface, slick with monsoon moisture and salt spray. Fine hairs on the leg joint hold the pollen steady under the humid conditions. Water beads roll slowly across the petal edge, refracting the dim light before dripping away. One droplet rests on the tip of the leg, trembling on the brink of falling.
