The wet season heat haze blurs the background while the delicate white filaments stand in sharp relief against deep green fronds. Moisture coats the fern leaves, creating a glossy sheen that contrasts with the matte texture of the dry dandelion stem. Decaying leaves and vibrant moss cover the ground beneath the plant. A faint shadow stretches across the leaf litter, marking the low angle of the setting sun. The wind catches the seeds, holding them suspended in the air.
