Arctic Fox in Hokkaido Meadow at Orange Sunset

Orange light from a low sun stretches across a Hokkaido meadow, touching tall green grasses and a white arctic fox crouched in the center. The animal's thick fur blends with the surrounding vegetation while its head stays low. Salt-crusted feathers rest in the blades beside the fox's front paws. Heavy, low-hanging clouds fill the sky above, softening the fading daylight. The perspective sits near the ground, looking up through the grass stalks toward the fox's face. The creature holds still with its eyes fixed ahead. A sharp feather tip catches the golden glow against the darker shadow of the earth beneath it.
