Bright midmorning light falls through sheer curtains, casting soft, striped shadows across a deep blue velvet armchair. The fabric shows a coarse, worn texture with visible pile compression where the weight of stacked vinyl records rests. Several black LPs with faded paper sleeves lie in a slightly haphazard pile, their edges catching the cool daylight. Dust settles on the record spines and the velvet surface. A small, metallic hinge on a record sleeve reflects a sharp glint against the dark fabric. The window frame edge cuts across the upper left corner, defining the indoor space.
