Tractor Trailer Crossing Tibetan Saddle in Predawn Mist
Cold moonlight washes the high alpine saddle in shades of steel blue and charcoal, cutting through the thick, rolling mist that rests on the ground. A heavy tractor-trailer moves slowly across the narrow pass, its dark metal bodywork speckled with patches of white frost and dried mud. The stacked clouds hang low and heavy above the mountain ridge, obscuring the peak while leaving the transport vehicle illuminated by the pale, directional glow. Early spring frost coats the roadside gravel, glistening faintly against the dark earth. The truck's headlights cut weak beams through the fog, revealing the texture of the wet road surface and the rough, salt-stained panels of the trailer. Dust and ice crystals settle on the lower chassis, at the base of the machine in the harsh, quiet terrain.
