Surreal Timber Bridge Over La Paz Stream
Hard coastal glare illuminates a covered timber bridge spanning a mountain stream near La Paz. Late spring foliage in soft greens and yellows lines the banks beneath dramatic, towering clouds. The bridge structure features heavy wooden beams and a protective roof, casting sharp, dark shadows on the water. A surreal corridor extends visibly beyond the physical walls of the bridge, creating an impossible length that mirrors perfectly in the still stream below. The reflection doubles this impossible extension, forming a symmetrical composition where the water surface acts as a seamless floor. Wooden textures appear rough and weathered against the bright sky. One rivulet of water flows under the far end of the extended corridor, catching the sunlight in a bright, jagged line.
