Snowplow in Wheat Fields at Sunset with Fog

Warm firelight spills across dry, golden wheat stalks standing upright in the winter sun. A heavy snowplow moves through the field, casting long, dark shadows that stretch across the rippled ground. Thick ground fog pools in the depressions between the rows, softening the transition toward a fogbound harbor mouth in the distance. The dry season leaves the stalks brittle, catching the orange glow of the setting sun. Metal surfaces of the plow reflect the sky while the surrounding fog remains cool and gray. Leading lines formed by the wheat rows guide the view toward the water's edge where the light fades into evening mist.
