Sun-etched crow's feet radiate from the corner of a weathered eye, showing the weight of years spent scanning horizons. Raindrops rest on the deep lines of the face, glistening against skin darkened by the Zaria sun. The last light of day bleeds amber across the cheekbone, against the cool, gray shadows of an approaching evening. A brief sun shower creates a wet sheen on the forehead, highlighting the texture of the skin and the intensity of the gaze. Behind the sharp focus of the face, the blurred edge of a harbor suggests the water's presence without defining it. The reflection of the dying light catches in the pupil, holding a steady, unblinking focus that anchors the frame.
