Fast-moving cloud bands streak horizontally above, creating a stark geometric contrast against the rigid sun pillar. The pale, cold light reflects off snow-covered rooftops and frozen ground, showing the sharp edges of the buildings. Dark evergreen trees stand silhouetted against the bright column, their branches heavy with frost. The horizon glows with a soft, endless summer brightness despite the freezing conditions. A sharp shadow falls across a frozen street, at the base of the luminous column in the misty urban landscape.
