Salt Ponds and River Bend at Golden Hour
Warm golden light floods the landscape, turning the water of a meandering river bend into a sheet of liquid copper. Above, early summer clouds stretch across the sky, their pink and orange hues mirrored perfectly in the shallow channels. The water reflects the sky with a glassy smoothness, interrupted only by faint ripples. Surrounding the river, rectangular salt ponds create a geometric patchwork of pale pink and white against the darker earth. A thin layer of light fog hovers just above the water surfaces, softening the edges of the causeways that cut through the wetlands. The scene reveals a quiet, detached calm as the river curves sharply, its banks lined with low vegetation that glows in the fading light. A dark shadow from a causeway wall stretches across the water, marking the exact boundary between land and reflection.
