Sailing Yacht Entering Senegal Anchorage at Twilight
Indigo twilight washes the wind-open causeway in Senegal as a white sailing yacht approaches the anchorage. Deep shadows cloak the hull, while a sharp rim of fading light traces the curved bow and the taut lines of the rigging. A thin layer of fog softens the distant horizon where the water meets the sky. The cool season air hangs still, visible as a faint haze around the mast. The vessel moves slowly, its wake barely disturbing the dark surface. Along the causeway, the texture of the concrete edge is faintly visible against the mist. One reflection of the starry sky shimmers on the wet stone near the waterline.
