Bright midmorning light floods a symmetrical storefront in Zarqa, where a neon sign glows through rain-slicked glass. Condensation beads heavily across the lower half of the window, blurring the warm interior while the upper pane remains clear. Outside, the wet pavement reflects the sharp, cool daylight and the soft gray of low-hanging monsoon clouds. A stack of white ceramic bowls sits neatly on a wooden counter inside, visible through the clear glass above the fog. Raindrops streak down the exterior surface, catching the light in thin, silver lines. The composition balances the cool, damp street against the inviting, steam-filled warmth of the shop interior.
