Rain Drips Underpass Yangon Tram Stop in at a tram stop in Yangon

Rain Drips Underpass Yangon Tram Stop

by Lars Pittman

Golden hour light spills across the concrete floor of an outdoor tram stop in Yangon, illuminating water droplets falling from the underpass ceiling. The dry season air leaves the ground cracked and dusty, against the wet streaks where rain collects. Along the curb, wind funnels loose trash and dry leaves into small, swirling piles. The horizon light wraps the scene in warm amber tones, casting long shadows beneath the structure. One drop hangs from the edge of the concrete, refracting the fading sky before it falls to join the puddle below.
