Predawn Light Pillar Rising From Streetlamp

A vertical column of frozen ice crystals glows brightly against the deep indigo of predawn darkness near Charsadda. The streetlamp stands as a dark silhouette, its light refracting upward into a sharp, towering pillar that pierces the still air. Faint ground glow from distant sources illuminates the dry, dusty earth below, revealing a cracked texture. Heat haze shimmers gently around the base of the light, distorting the lower edges of the illuminated column. The sky above remains star-speckled and empty, while the rigid geometry of the ice formation contrasts with the soft, wavering air near the ground. One sharp edge of the light pillar cuts cleanly through the hazy darkness.
