Oxidized Copper and Folded Paper in Pecs Stair Hall

Muted emerald and teal patinas coat the curved surface of the copper object, resting against crisp, folded paper sheets. Soft twilight falls through a nearby window, blending with the warm glow of interior lamps to create a dim, layered illumination. The tiled floor beneath reflects these colors in a streak of muted, elongated highlights. Sharp geometric lines define the folds in the paper, against the organic corrosion patterns on the metal. The composition remains tightly framed, showing the texture of the oxidized surface and the precise creases of the paper. A faint shadow stretches across the tiles, anchoring the objects in the quiet space.
