Night Roof Hatch Key Locker Winter Construction Site

Deep shadows swallow the open ground beneath a towering crane structure in Pingyao during the dead of winter. A metal key locker stands isolated, its surface catching a sharp rim of light that defines its edges against the darkness. Ground fog pools thick and white in the depressions around the base, obscuring the dirt and gravel. The locker remains closed, a silent guardian before the roofer and landscaper crews arrive to separate their workflows. Cold air hangs still, visible only as the mist rests on the low ground. The steel frame of the crane looms overhead, casting long, dark geometric shapes that cut through the fog. One key slot glints faintly on the locker door, marking the boundary between the empty night and the coming day's labor.
