Morning Fog Burns Off Cuban Vineyard

Cold silver dawn light spills across dark, tilled soil beside a tractor track, illuminating rows of vines where morning fog rests on the earth. Thick, dramatic clouds loom overhead, casting shifting shadows that stretch across the vineyard. The vines stand bare, their woody stems and dormant canes visible against the pale, misty air. Patches of fog lift slowly, revealing the rich, wet texture of the ground and the orderly lines of the agricultural plot. The air is still, with the mist thinning near the horizon where the light grows brighter. A drop of condensation clings to a dry vine tip at the edge.
