Thick mist rests on the dark ridgeline, softening the jagged edges of a volcanic cone silhouetted against the pre-dawn sky. A full moon glows with intense brightness just above the peak, casting a pale, diffuse light that turns the surrounding fog into a sheet of swirling gray. The foreground reveals frost-covered grasses and rough volcanic rock, their textures sharp against the hazy backdrop. Starlight falls through breaks in the clouds, creating a subtle ground glow that illuminates the valley floor below. The moon sits in the upper right third, balancing the heavy, dark mass of the mountain. A thin line of frost crystals on a nearby rock edge catches the lunar light, marking the boundary between the cold earth and the luminous sky.
