Moonbow Arch Over Lake in Dutch Fog

A faint, ghostly arc of white light curves through thick marine fog hovering just above the dark surface of a lake. Low-angle sunset light paints the cloud layer in warm orange and soft amber tones, illuminating the edges of scattered leaves skittering across the water. The scene sits in early winter, evidenced by the bare, skeletal branches of nearby trees visible through the mist. A birds-eye perspective looks down on the water, revealing the texture of the fog as it drifts horizontally. The moonbow appears as a delicate, pale ribbon, barely distinct against the dimming sky, while fallen leaves drift in small clusters along the gentle ripples. at the edge is a cluster of brown leaves caught in a shallow eddy near the center of the frame.
