Moon Halo Over Saly Wet Pavement Night

A pale luminous ring encircles the moon against a deep indigo sky near Saly. Faint ground glow softens the horizon line where wet pavement mirrors the celestial display. Droplets on the asphalt surface catch the starlight, creating scattered points of reflection that double the moon's presence. Ice crystals in the upper atmosphere scatter the moonlight into a perfect circle. Dark clouds have retreated, leaving the sky open and vast. The reflection on the slick surface aligns perfectly with the halo above, completing a symmetrical vertical axis. A puddle at the bottom edge holds a sharp, inverted image of the ring.
