Lyrebird Tail Display on Hotel Dresser

Pale dawn light slips across a polished wooden dresser, illuminating the iridescent plumage of a lyrebird displaying its elaborate tail feathers. The bird stands centrally on the smooth surface, its long, curved tail feathers fanning out in a symmetrical arc that catches small, sharp highlights. Early morning shadows stretch gently across the wood grain, against the deep, glossy blacks and subtle browns of the feathers. The tight framing isolates the bird against the flat, reflective surface of the furniture, showing the texture of the tail barbs and the sheen of the polished wood. One highlight glints on the tip of a feather near the edge of the frame.
