Kudzu-Wrapped Columns Against Dusk Glow

Thick green vines swallow the white columns of an abandoned plantation house, their leaves glistening with recent rain. The structure stands dark and heavy, a silhouette cutting across a horizon where distant city lights begin to pulse through clearing storm clouds. Early summer foliage creates a dense, textured blanket over the architectural skeleton, hiding the windows and doorways. The sky above holds a soft, fading blue that deepens into twilight. Wet pavement in the foreground reflects the distant amber glow, while the heavy mass of kudzu hangs in thick, drooping curtains. One vine tip drips water onto the overgrown step.
