Islamic Star Tile Mosaic in Ribbed Concrete Lobby

Soft, diffuse light fills the ribbed concrete lobby, bouncing gently off pale walls to illuminate a geometric tile mosaic. The pattern features eight-pointed stars formed by interlocking blue, white, and cream ceramic pieces set into the floor. Monsoon moisture leaves a sheen on the polished surface, creating muted reflections that stretch slightly across the grout lines. The concrete ribs of the ceiling cast faint, linear shadows that align with the rigid symmetry of the tiles. Tiny variations in the glaze texture catch the indirect light, revealing the handcrafted nature of each star point. A subtle play of color occurs where the pale concrete meets the deep blue of the ceramic edges.
