Giant Stone Cairn Under Pleiades After Rain

Soft afternoon light after rain illuminates a towering stone cairn that dominates the foreground, its stacked rocks reaching skyward with impossible architectural scale. Thin cirrus clouds drift across a deep blue sky, partially veiling the bright cluster of the Pleiades. The summit cairn sits above the tree line, its rough granite surfaces catching the damp sheen of recent moisture. Wind whips loose pebbles around the base, creating a dynamic blur against the sharp, stacked geometry of the stones. Vibrant green moss rests on the lower boulders, against the grey slate and the pale, glowing stars above. One loose stone balances precariously on the highest tier, defying gravity in the high-altitude air.
