Frozen Water Splash Over Blue Hole Lisbon

Soft overcast light diffuses across a deep blue hole in the Atlantic Ocean near the Mouraria coast of Lisbon. Kelp fronds fringe the water's edge, their dark green blades against the pale late spring sky.
