Elephant Ear Taro Plant First Light Rainy Season

Pale orange light from the rising sun strikes broad elephant ear leaves in a tropical garden near District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. Thick morning fog rests on the damp soil and stems, softening the boundary where green foliage meets the earth. Water droplets rest heavily on the waxy leaf surfaces, reflecting the weak morning glow. The plant stands motionless against the misty backdrop as shadows stretch long across the wet ground. A translucent drop hangs from the tip of the largest leaf, suspended at the edge of the frame.
