Dewy Citrus Flesh on Moss in Salvador

Pale walls reflect broad skylight that washes the foreground in soft, even illumination. A cross-section of citrus flesh dominates the view, its translucent segments glistening with raindrops from the rainy season. Dew rests on the vibrant green moss beneath the fruit, creating a textured bed of emerald fuzz. The shallow depth of field blurs the background into a smooth gradient of pale yellow and white. Tiny droplets rest on the pith, catching the light like scattered diamonds. Quiet shadows pool in the corners of the room, at the base of the scene in stillness. at the edge is a single droplet sliding down the curve of a segment.
