Dawn Shadow on Transylvanian Steppe Horizon

Deep indigo shadows blanket the rolling grasslands near Sibiu as the first hint of nautical dawn approaches. A thin, sharp line of gold rim light traces the crest of distant hills, separating the dark foreground from the perfectly clear sky above. The terrain unfolds in wide, gentle swells, covered in dormant grasses that turn the earth a muted brown and ochre. Bare branches of scattered shrubs stand stark against the fading night, their twigs outlined by the growing light. The horizon stretches endlessly, a flat boundary where the dark land meets the paleening blue. One shadow from a low rock falls sharply across the grass in the immediate foreground.
