Cyclist Splits Puddle Under Night Lighthouse

Deep indigo night wraps the wet alley outside a Jabalpur metro entrance. A delivery cyclist leans hard into a turn, splitting a black puddle that sends water flying in sharp, frozen arcs. A sweeping beam of artificial light cuts across the damp asphalt, illuminating steam rising from nearby metal grates. Giant mushrooms, their caps wide as umbrellas, sprout from the sidewalk cracks beside ordinary trash bins and stacked crates. The wet pavement reflects the stark light and the towering fungal structures. The cyclist's motion blurs slightly against the sharp, glowing edges of the oversized fungi and the wet concrete curb.
