Cold moonlight washes the narrow back alley outside a Fez convenience store, where a delivery cyclist pedals through a shallow puddle. The wet asphalt reflects the harsh, cool glow of the store's fluorescent signage, casting a blue-white sheen over the scene. Water droplets hang suspended in the air, caught in the drizzle that dampens the cyclist's dark jacket. The rider's wheel cuts through the standing water, sending a fan of droplets into the dim light. Rough stucco walls line the alley, textured with age and moisture. The cyclist leans slightly into the turn, tires gripping the slick surface. A final splash of water arcs upward, catching the light before falling back onto the dark pavement.
