The air hangs heavy with moisture from recent rain, condensing on the cool concrete floor beneath the floodlights. Thick shadows stretch across the room, showing the institutional gravity of the space. Layers of depth recede into the distance where blurred figures sit in silence. Patches of wetness reflect the harsh artificial glow against the natural light. One metal chair leg rests on the damp tile, catching the edge of a shadow that falls across the floor.
